Fairfield/Westchester SOMAA held its spring networking event and talent managment panel on May 13th.  Nearly 40 people attended - our biggest event yet. 

 

SOM 1986 grad Beth Axelrod, Chief Talent Officer and Board of Directors member of WPP, and Tammy Jersey, Founder of TJK Associates, a top executive recruiter and job coach, provided the group with insights into career planning, talent management and how to find your true career in "unconventional places and choices." Amy Armitage moderated -- and announced the new executive committee members for the Chaoter: Land Anderson, Joel Treisman, Carmen Chao and Gary Mathias.

 

>> Fairfield County SOMAA held its first annual fall family picnic at the newly renovated Greenwich Aububon Center on September 7. More than 70 people attended the event. Highlights of the day included: hiking, frog and bug catching, hawk watching and a naturalist tour for the kids.
